The Umrah and Hajj pilgrims should visit the following sites  in Al madinah al munawwara

1- Al Masjid an Nabawi The second holiest mosque in Islam after al Al Masjid AL haram in Makkah

2- Masjid Qubaa

3- Mount Uhud

4-Al Baqiaa

5- Masjid Al Qiblatayn

6- Masjid Al Gamamah

7-Jannatul Al Baqi

8- Grave of Hamzah

9- Dal Al Madinah Museum 

10- Mount Uhud

11- The Seven Mosques but the site consists of only six mosques today, in the past the Masjid Al Qiblatayn was included. the six mosques are the following : 

A- Al Fath Mosque

B- Salmane Al Farsi Mosque

C- Abu Bakr As-Siddiq Mosque

D- - Ali bin Abi Talib Mosque

E- Fatima Az-Zahra Mosque

12- Dhul Hulaifah Miqat Mosque
